Crete, Greece

I have visited Crete (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crete) this summer. The environment there is serene and tranquil. The time goes very slowly there, much slower than in a buzzing megalopolis. This is why a flight to that place takes a notable less time than a flight back. Reaction engines expel their propellant mass at a slower rate; hence, airplanes are unable to achieve the usual cruise velocity until they escape the time singularity area.

Wells Turbine

The Wells Turbine rotates continuously in one direction in spite of the direction of the airflow (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wells_turbine). Yet what happens with the airflow if we start spinning the Wells Turbine, especially in a direction opposite to its normal rotating direction? I guess it will start producing a sound.

Healthy Cilantro

An affable urologist told me a tale about coriander leaves (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coriander). His acquaintance has a rabbit farm. On the farm, there is a field of coriander. The rabbits often graze there.  The rabbits are all very healthy. Technically, there is no sense or logic in that story. Nevertheless, since then I eat some coriander leaves daily. I believe there is a certain power in any words of an urologist.

Nice art

There exists a great digital artist. I find that art fascinating and inspirational. Please look at the pictures at http://2d.petrastefankova.com/ . I would like to recommend the “DJ” and “Calumet” pieces from “Portfolio III”, perhaps due to a simple yet neat and clear design.  In addition, for convenience, here is a link to the wiki page about the artist http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Petra_Stefankova
